Rick went over and above to help us buy our home here in Dallas. As a family with young kids moving from out of state we needed an agent that was flexible with our children's needs as well as able to move at the drop of a hat when we needed to jump on seeing a home. He quickly assessed our needs and was able to help us narrow down the neighborhood where we wanted to live. Rick took extra time to help us while we were having the home inspection done, even helping us to get quotes for remodeling. After the home was bought he has remained available to us to help with learning our new city and setting up the services needed for our new home. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Rick. Rick Michaels found us great tenants for our condo. We had a tenant lined up that fell through at the last minute and contacted Rick. Less than 3 days after listing our unit he had it shown, application processed, background check done and lease finalized. Rick was very familiar with the area, rent asking prices and landlord requirements that we did not know. We've lease our rental homes before ourselves but will now always go through a realty service.

When my wife and I decided to buy a house, we really didn't know what to expect until we met Rick. We are first-time buyers, but Rick comes highly recommended by friends and family that we trust. From the beginning, he told us what we needed to know with no strings attached. He was attentive to our wants, responsive via text, phone, and email at all times, and knowledgeable about the housing market in the Dallas area. We have yet to purchase a home due to a delay on our end, but Rick has been patient and very considerate through the delay.

Rick was very helpful when it came to finding a property in the area. He lives near by so he was able to swing by and look at some properties that I couldn't make it to as I was out of town. He was very helpful as I was a first time home buyer and he was able to walk me through the entire process. I was relocation from out of town and he certainly made the whole process easy to conduct remotely.

He also deserves a shout out as he received a call from one of my neighbors when some water was leaking out of one of the units in my complex (thankfully it turned out not to be the one he helped me buy), but he was good enough to grab his water key and head out the complex to try and turn the water off as no one was home. Truly above and beyond.

I recently bought my first house and we closed in 15 business days with Rick as my realtor. He is great to work with. He has contacts that he has done considerable business with from lending to foundation to close. He led me through everything and when I didn't know who to contact, he always sent me to someone he trusted through his previous business. When the sellers said that they wanted to close in 3 weeks, he immediately referred me to a lender who had proven that he could accomplish this. We did it and everyone was impressed and pleased with the outcome. At the close, the seller's agent was telling me what a good realtor I had. I knew Rick was responsive to me, but to hear that he was in touch periodically with the seller's agent to give updates and make sure he knew we were on track with this tight timeline was great to hear. The other realtor also commented on his negotiation skills and his knowledge of where buyers and sellers often get caught up and Rick just steered me clear of those often disputed areas. He put together a very strong offer without going outside of my budget. I can't think of any difficulties that we had other than the usual finding the property that you know you want as soon as you walk in. He was patient in my search and on time or early every time we met to look at houses. This was important to me because I was often looking on my lunch break. I cannot think of anything negative to say. He was my coach through the process and I'm still thanking him periodically. I've heard horror stories from other people who bought from other realtors, but everything went smooth for me and I think it was largely due to him. Great property and great realtor . . . now we're on to the great move.
